When Champion City's hero Captain Amazing is kidnapped by the newly paroled supervillain Casanova Frankenstein, a trio of ordinary, regular super heroes -- Mr. Furious, '' the Shoveler and the Blue Raja -- assemble a fresh super team to save him.
