Scamp, lady and Tramp's mischievous puppy, gets sick and tired of restrictions and rules imposed on him life at a family, and seeking to get a totally absolutely completely free and wild way of life. He runs away from your home and in the streets where he unites a bunch of stray dogs known as the"Junkyard Dogs." Buster, the package's leader, takes an instant disliking to the"house-dog" and considers him a rival. Angel, a junk yard puppy the era of Scamp, longs for life at a family's security and luxury and the two become instant companions.
